Two quick t-shirt remakes. Nothing special other than a little testing of a new raglan t-shirt pattern. I finally traced the Built by Wendy Sew U Knits. I used a small/medium with a little waist-shaping from Simplicity 4878 (my other go-to raglan t-shirt pattern).
Both shirts used men’s t-shirts and scraps/bits of knit for the sleeves. The fit was pretty good although I’ll have to lower the neckline a bit more than I have already. The advantage of this draft over S4878 is that the armholes are a little lower, allowing me a little more flex in placement. I’ll need to copy out a full-size pattern (i.e. no fold needed) so I can make this even easier.
Friends like the MTV shirt for nostalgia. The SCS shirt was popular at work; a bit more stylish variation on the standard t-shirt.
Two new tees!
